Wahoo! Who doesn’t love spending time with family, friends, and strangers all running (*cough, cough…walking?) while being covered in color?!?! #WeShine #Happiest5K

This past weekend I participated in my second Color Run in Binghamton, NY.  I’m so glad that I was able to participate in it!  If you’ve never participated I definitely suggest it.  It’s not your typical 5k.  Seriously, running is optional.  It a F-U-N run/walk and a great way to spend time with friends and family.

I was first attracted to The Color Run through their promotional videos.  It is one event that, for me, lives up to the essence of living life (and having a great time while doing it!).
